Due to our continued expansion, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Senior Associate for our London City office with a strong technical background and general commercial awareness. 

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified Solicitor admitted in England and Wales with at least 5 years pqe in Residential Property

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the residential property market and conveyancing process

• Proven experience in the full range of residential conveyancing work including leasehold transactions impacted by the Building Safety Act

• Proven experience working with HNW clients and managing difficult property transactions

• Organised with excellent attention to detail and a positive problem-solving approach giving clients the best advice with a commercial focus

• Always striving to deliver excellent client care service

• Professional and friendly and able to develop relationships with colleagues, clients and business introducers

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 You must be professional, motivated, and enthusiastic and have excellent communication and IT skills with a working knowledge of document and case management systems. You will also have excellent client care skills, the ability to work constructively under pressure and to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be an interactive team member as well as being involved in business development and the marketing of the team which may from time to time include contributing to the delivery of seminars and writing blogs and articles.
