Part-Time Receptionist

Due to our continued expansion, we are now looking to recruit a receptionist to join our team in our Bishop’s Stortford office but also providing support to our London office as and when required. This is a part-time role working three or four days a week.

The role is varied and will include answering the telephone in a confident and professional manner, meeting and greeting clients and visitors, organisation of the meeting rooms to include bookings and refreshments, recording any cheques or cash that are left with reception by clients, receiving and signing for recorded post, and providing administrative assistance to our document storage team.

You must have a professional telephone manner and excellent client facing skills. Good IT skills are also essential. Previous experience in a legal or professional environment is desirable.
