What is the role?
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Persimmon Homes West Yorkshire Sales Team as a Sales Administrator.
The purpose of the role is to provide admin support to the Sales team, to ensure timely processing of sales and deliver promises. As our Sales Administrator, you will be creating, compiling and distributing documentation in an accurate and timely manner, to ensure sales progress to completion.
What you’ll do as a Sales Administrator
- Dealing with phone enquiries from potential and current customers in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring company standards are adhered to
- Progressing home sales and coordinating part exchanges in a professional manner
- Assisting diary management for the Sales team
- Recording and inputting sales information and data accurately onto the COINS/CRM system
- Working cohesively with other departments across the business to ensure high standards of customer experience are maintained
- Generate general letters and memos
- Ordering upgrades of interiors, soft furnishings and marketing material
- Assist with the creation of marketing campaigns
What experience do I need?
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A good understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel, Word, PDF and Outlook
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C or above is preferred
- Administrative background would be preferred
