What is the role?

The purpose of the role is to ensure sales targets are met through the administration of the Part Exchange Scheme and Sales Progress.
What you’ll do as a Sales Contract Progressor
- Manage communication and administration associated with sales transactions, including liaising with Solicitors, Estate Agents and New Homes Mortgage Advisers to ensure exchange takes place in 42 days
- Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log the customer journey and facilitate timely and accurate management information
- Work cohesively with other departments across the Operating Company such as Construction, Commercial and Legal to ensure achievement of completion targets and timely updates relating to plot progress
- Complete weekly sales reports, part exchange reports, sales progress reports and other company reporting
- Completing final statements, data inputting on the COINs system and auditing part exchange legal reports
- Assisting the Sales team in progressing sales, completing the sales tracker and ensuring all chain information is up to date
What experience do I need?
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of sales progression and new build reporting
- A good understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word
- Experience within the new build industry is a must
- Commercially astute with a good understanding of the market
- Able to build relationships across functions, internally and externally
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's A-C or above is preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence is required
