About the Role
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. From the first hello to handing over the keys, you’ll create an exceptional experience for every customer.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offerings
- Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developments
- Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to final handover, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for buyers
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our properties, pricing, and incentives to help customers make informed decisions
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to promote new launches and offers
What We’re Looking For
- Proven previous experience in property sales, ideally in new homes
- Able to work Thursday through to Monday 11am-6pm (our busiest times!)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable
