What a Trainee Sales Advisor Does?
As a Trainee Sales Advisor, you’ll:
- Welcome and engage prospective buyers on-site
- Learn to expertly guide customers through the buying journey, from enquiry to key handover
- Showcase the features, finishes, and lifestyle of our beautifully built homes
- Support with admin tasks, sales tracking, and customer follow-ups
- Work alongside experienced Sales Managers and Marketing teams to promote developments
- Gradually take the reins, leading sales at your own development site as your skills grow
What We’re Looking For
- A friendly, confident communicator with a drive to succeed
- A genuine interest in homes, property, or sales
- A proactive, customer-first mindset
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred)
- Able to work Thursday–Monday (weekends are our busiest!)
