About the Role
As a New Homes Trainee Sales Advisor, you’ll learn what it takes to support customers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. With guidance from experienced colleagues, you’ll learn how to support the customer journey from first enquiry through to handing over the keys.
Your Training and Development
As a trainee, you’ll complete our accredited Sales Academy programme, supported by Pathways training to develop the knowledge, skills and customer behaviours needed for the role.
The trainee period will typically last at least six months, with ongoing support, mentoring, practical experience and regular feedback throughout.
Once you’ve successfully completed the required training and demonstrated the necessary skills and competence, you’ll be signed off as a fully qualified New Homes Sales Advisor.
What You’ll Learn
- Assist customers in understanding the available properties and developments
- Participate in property viewings, showcasing the benefits and features of new homes
- Take part in the demonstration of finishing touches to customers to enable them to design their perfect home
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-up
- Build relationships with potential buyers, providing excellent customer service at every step
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for property and sales
- Drive and determination to succeed in a competitive, target-driven environment
- Proven experience in customer service or another customer‑facing environment
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
