What is the role?
This is an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to work in our North East office based in Gosforth.
The purpose of the role is to provide reception duties but also general administrative support where needed.
Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday (one hour for lunch)
The role will include:
- You will also be expected to provide and perform general administration support to various departments under the instruction of the MD’s PA.
- Receive and co-ordination deliveries to relevant departments ensuring that they are notified and to facilitate prompt collection.
- Responsibility for allocation, booking and co-ordination of meeting rooms.
- Arranging refreshment for meetings and general set up requirements for meeting rooms.

What we need from you?
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Previous experience as Receptionist / Administrator, ideally in a house building background
- A proactive and personable manner
- Computer literate with experience of a number of different packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to be well organised, self-motivated with high attention to detail
- To be a team player
