Support Worker

Exciting news! We are opening a new 7 bedroom supported living service in June 2025 in West Bridgford.
We will be supporting adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities and mental health needs.

What you’ll be doing:
- You will be flexible as shifts will involve a mixture of earlies, lates, long days, waking nights, and sleep-ins. Weekend and Bank holiday working will be required.
- Your role will be to assist each person in achieving their full potential through supporting them with their daily activities.
- Providing personal care and emotional support.
- You will be supporting within the service and with accessing the community, and will also be taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support.
- You will be supporting and promoting independence to suit each person’s individual needs.
Who you are:
- You are an existing Support Worker with a minimum of 1 year of experience supporting adults/young people/children with learning disabilities or mental health needs.
- You will hold an NVQ Level 2 or Diploma in Health & Social Care or have a willingness to achieve.
- You will have the flexibility to cover days, evenings, weekends, waking nights, and sleep-in duties.
- Drivers preferred but not essential.
