Waking Night Support Worker

What you’ll be doing:

• You will be supporting Adults with Autism, Mental Health, and Learning disability needs within our residential service.
• You will be supporting 1-1 and at times 2-1.
• Continue to promote positive well-being.
• Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
• Maintain and develop their community links, as well as access community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills
• Completing any general tasks throughout the night
• Personal care may be involved.
• Drivers preferred 

Who you are:

• Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
• Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
• Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
• Quick learner, hands-on, and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
• Flexible as shifts will be x2 10 hours per week that can fall on different nights per week on rota basis
