Registered Manager

We are recruiting a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager for our residential care home in Derrygonnelly, Co. Fermanagh.

Drumary House is a residential care home for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and / or mental health. This is both a permanent residence for the people we support, and we offer respite and short breaks throughout the year.

What you'll be doing:

  • Become the RQIA Registered Manager of an adult residential care home for up to 15 people with disabilities.
  • Leading an experience senior team.
  • Be responsible for the day to day running of the service in line with RQIA standards and Potens policies and procedures
  • Ensure safeguarding practices and policies are adhered too, promoting effective leadership and governance.
  • Identify, develop and maintain effective relationships with the individuals we support, our funding authorities and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and growth of the Potens business in Northern Ireland achieving targets and delivery within agreed budgets

Qualifications/Experience:

  • You should have at least 2 years of experience in a deputy or registered managers role, working in care or education setting supporting people with learning disability, mental health needs and/or autism.
  • Must be able to register with RQIA & NISCC as a Registered Manager.
  • Candidates must hold (or be working towards / willing to undertake) a minimum of a QCF Level 5 or equivalent in Health & Social Care.
  • Proven skill in developing and maintaining continuous quality improvements in all areas of the business.
