Support Worker

Kensington Hall provides residential accommodation for up to 13 people and is located within the village of South Hetton.

We provide specialised residential care for adults that have learning difficulties, some with behaviours perceived to be challenging.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing personal care,1-1.
• Assisting the people, we support to engage in activities within the local community.
• The support we give is focused around boosting morale, increasing levels of existing skills and to support the learning of new skills.
• You will motivate the people we support to rebuild their confidence and assist them to see a bright future for themselves.
