Support Worker

We are looking for Support workers to join our Service in Denbigh.

What you’ll be doing:

  • The people we support are adults who may have mental health needs or/and mild learning disabilities.
  • Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
  • participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • Maintain and develop their community links, as well as accessing community and leisure pursuits to support their independent living and life skills.
  • Shifts will include sleeps.
  • This is within a Supported living service.

 

Who you are:

  • Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
  • Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
  • Flexible as shifts will include sleeps.
  • Ability to execute and deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure
  • Quick learner, hands on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
