As a member of the Brand and Member Engagement team You will be accountable for the development and production of the strategy and performance of all marketing communications related to your specific area.  This would include relevant regulatory communications as well as the identification of novel ways of helping create cut-through in the competitor space.

What you will do:

  • Strategic ownership of business critical projects with a focus on improving conversion rates and the member journey, in line with our member engagement strategies.
  • Development and delivery of the relevant portfolio customer contact strategy in line with Product, Brand and Business strategies and driven by key Insights into the audience.
  • Development of your team to ensure production of campaign marketing communications /activations & related regulatory communications is first-class.
  • You will also take ownership of business critical projects designed to improve conversion rates and the Member journey. This will be particularly relevant with the online channel.
  • You will also provide consultancy and advice to the broader business on communications best practice, and will take a strong commercial focus on the ROI of any activity.

    What we are looking for:
  • Commercially astute business manager with a strong marketing experience, preferably within financial services and/or member engagement and/or sponsorship arena.
  • Proven track record in the strategic development and delivery of activations, direct marketing and contact strategies, market campaigns, delivering strong sales and conversion targets across a range of media
  • Strong experience of delivering campaigns/comms across a number of channels
  • Excellent communication and with the ability to influence and negotiate at senior level
  • Demonstrable experience of managing external creative communications/development and media agencies on a day to day basis
