As a member of the Brand & Creative Team you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager and Team in managing and planning the workload of the internal design team and delivering projects across the organisation.  You will maintain a birds eye view of daily activities, ensuring the smooth running across operational processes and systems.

What you will do:

  • Quickly becoming a source of wisdom, you will stay on top of daily resourcing to maximise everyone’s creative output - filtering requests, managing briefs, and keeping the team on task and on target.
  • Collaborate with other colleagues to establish long-term resourcing needs. You will prioritise nurturing great relationships with external suppliers, freelancers, and the wider team - fostering a productive, dynamic and above all happy work environment.
  • Chair the once-a-week design traffic meeting. They will need to check on project progress, take notes and relay important information regarding the following weeks teamwork priorities and resource restraints or areas of opportunity.
  • Monitor the team’s workload resource and ensure they have enough time to complete assigned tasks, as well as meetings and learning and development.
  • Ensure that deadlines are met from both the creative team, and the project managers, and will collate creative design briefs and where necessary liaise with the stakeholders to plot time in the teams’ calendars to have a creative brief call.
  • Be the conduit for stakeholders and designers, managing the creative and production of assets and the approval process. Collate design feedback from stakeholders and relay this to the team in the appropriate fashion.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience of working with creative teams, designers, photographers, content creators and copywriters maybe an advantage but not essential
  • Proven resourcing and design traffic management across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability and confidence in managing internal processes and main stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the print/production process & managing suppliers where required. Excellent attention to detail, forward planning skills and problem solving all with a positive outlook
  • Copy writing and proofing skills with excellent verbal and written English skills is essential
