As a Senior Customer Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, making sure they feel welcome, supported and valued, whether they visit us in-branch, via telephone or get in touch online. 

As a Senior Customer Consultant you will: 

  • Welcome and support customers in finding the right financial solutions. 
  • Deliver outstanding service that builds trust and long-term relationships. 
  • Mentor and support a team of Customer Consultants, helping them grow and develop. 
  • Step in for the Branch Manager when needed, contributing to the smooth running of the branch. 
  • Supporting customers over the phone and through our digital channels. 
  • Ensuring the smooth running of daily branch operations in line with policy and procedures. 
  • Staying up to date with internal policies and regulatory requirements. 
  • Working collaboratively with your colleagues across the branch network and deliver exceptional service. 

What we’re looking for: 

  • A natural people person with strong communication skills. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment. 
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service, either face-to-face or over the phone. 
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
