We currently have a vacancy for a Classroom Teacher based within our Day and Residential School. The school delivers the national curriculum to all pupils in a meaningful way, developing personalised approaches to learning experiences.

We are looking to appoint experienced, committed and motivated practitioners. We require individuals who are able to use their energy, creativity and excellent personal skills in supporting us to work towards our vision: ‘Included, confident learners in the community’.

We are looking for someone who:

• is focused on high expectations of children and young people’s attainment
• can demonstrate excellent classroom practice
• has a passion for working with pupils with many different learning needs
• has the ability to challenge, motivate and inspire
• can demonstrate commitment and potential

We are also interested in applicants, both full and part-time, and subject specialists in secondary sector, primary and ASN. These applicants should have knowledge and understanding of SQA within their subject area. It is a requirement that you are a fully registered teacher with the General Teaching Council for Scotland.
