Salary: £25,484- £26,864 (inclusive of rural allowance)

The Opportunity:
Scottish Autism is looking for a Rota Coordinator to join our dynamic team, and play a vital role in delivering life-changing support to autistic people within our Clannalba service. This role is brand new to Scottish Autism.
As the Rota Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our team’s operational success, ensuring smooth and efficient rostering across the service. Reporting to the Service Manager you will:
- Manage and project rota cover in advance, liaising with teams to coordinate contracted hours and overtime.
- Ensure accurate planning and tracking of contracted and commissioned hours.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies to fill staffing gaps and verify agency invoices.
- Process and respond to leave requests, ensuring rotas are updated seamlessly.
- Partner with Senior Autism Practitioners to plan training needs and rota adjustments.
- Build and maintain template rotas for new recruits, setting them up for success.
Who We’re Looking For
We need someone who is:
Organised with an eagle eye for detail and high levels of accuracy.
Tech-Savvy, confident in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Access & Excel) and database systems like Access People.
Collaborative, able to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
Communicative, with excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
Motivated, adaptable, and committed to our values-driven approach.
