Our One Stop Shop supports hundreds of people across Fife every year through a range of free to access community opportunities/services. The service itself is managed by Scottish Autism and funded by Fife’s Health and Social Care partnership.

Due to the nature of the role and the reach across Fife the role also involves an element of community outreach, engaging with the local autistic/autism community, as well as our supported commissioned services.

In this role you will work alongside the One Stop Shop Senior Community Advisor and wider stakeholders to;

  • Provide information, advice, support and guidance to autistic people, families, carers and interested professionals.
  • Offer pre and post diagnostic support to autistic people, families and carers.
  • Deliver and facilitate a range of opportunities to autistic people, families and professionals.
  • Maintain relevant resources that are accessible and available to those who access the One Stop Shop.
  • Promote awareness and understanding of the needs of autistic people within the Fife community.
  • Collaboratively identify areas of development to ensure autistic people and their family’s needs are met.
