Joining Spurgeons as the Beyond the Walls, Behind the Gate Family Coordinator means embarking on a journey of transformation and empowerment. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in guiding young men through the challenging transition from incarceration to reintegration into family and community life. Through our innovative Boys2Men programme and targeted interventions, you'll inspire self-awareness, confidence, and positive decision-making, fostering personal growth and resilience. By strengthening family bonds, facilitating effective resettlement, and promoting joint working with other services, you'll contribute to the well-being of children, young people, and families affected by incarceration.
