Finance Assistant - Temporary
Are you a skilled Finance Assistant with a knack for Accounts Payable? WED2B is looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter to join our Milton Keynes Central Office team!
You’ll be working in a fast-paced retail environment, handling payable transactions across multiple UK and European locations, managing supplier setups, and liaising with key partners to ensure smooth financial operations.
As a Finance Assistant, You Will:
- Process invoices, credit notes, and supplier queries.
- Maintain our Accounts Payable inbox and supplier records.
- Handle payment approvals, raise payment runs, and manage expense claims.
- Set up fixed assets, process stock consignments, and support other finance tasks.

Who Are You?
- Do you have solid Accounts Payable experience, ideally within retail or e-commerce?
- Are you confident with Excel and maybe even have experience with Microsoft 365 Business Central?
- Are you an excellent communicator with a sharp eye for detail?

Job Types: Part-time, 4-6 month temporary contract, with possible opportunity for extending
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum (pro rata 24-32 hours per week)
Hours of Work: 24-32 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Location: Milton Keynes, MK13 8PE, close to City Centre Train and Bus Station
