Permanent Assistant Manager
Are you ready to lead, inspire, and deliver outstanding results?
At WED2B, one of the world’s fastest-growing bridal retailers, we’re looking for a driven and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our Cardiff team. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, develop a high-performing team, and make a real impact in a supportive, global network.
About the Role
As an Assistant Manager at WED2B, you will be a pivotal force behind the success of your store. We’re looking for someone who isn’t just passionate about customer service but has the strategic leadership skills to motivate a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional results.
You’ll lead from the front — setting the standard for excellence on the shop floor, supporting and developing your team members, and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business.
You’ll be responsible for:
-
Inspiring, coaching, and developing your team to achieve and exceed sales targets
-
Maintaining operational standards and ensuring a seamless, exceptional customer experience
-
Managing performance through effective communication, regular feedback, and hands-on leadership
-
Problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quick resolutions to customer and operational issues
-
Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance team effectiveness and store performance
About You
-
You have strong leadership experience, ideally within a luxury retail setting
-
You are target-driven and passionate about achieving commercial success through teamwork
-
You thrive under pressure and bring a calm, organised approach to problem-solving and decision-making
-
You naturally build trust with your team and create a positive, high-energy work environment
-
You are adaptable, self-motivated, and always seeking ways to grow both personally and professionally
-
Experience in bridal or formalwear retail is a plus, but a passion for creating magical customer experiences is essential
