We’re expanding in the Woodingdean area and looking for kind, empathetic and reliable individuals to support adults in their own homes. You’ll be joining our award‑winning Brighton branch team, where you’ll receive full training, ongoing development, and supportive local management.

⏰ Available Working Hours
We are specifically seeking colleagues who can work some or all of the following shifts:
- 8:00am – 1:00pm
- 5:00pm – 7:30pm
Full‑time and part‑time opportunities are available.
💙 What You’ll Do
- Provide personal care tailored to individual needs
- Support with medication, meal preparation, and light household tasks
- Offer companionship and encourage independence
- Travel between client visits within the local community
- Maintain clear and accurate visit notes
💷 What You’ll Get
- From £12.60 per hour
- 40p per mile mileage allowance (drivers)
- Free bus pass for non-drivers
- Paid training and shadowing
- Supportive management and clear progression pathways
- Flexible rotas to suit full‑time or part‑time availability
⭐ What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and understanding approach
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and professionalism
- Able to work alternate weekends and some early/evening shifts
- Drivers: Full UK driving licence + access to a car (preferred)
- Non-drivers: Confident using public transport (free bus pass provided)
- Right to work in the UK (required)
📘 Training & Compliance
We provide full training and shadowing.
If successful, you’ll need to attend our Brighton branch to verify Right to Work and complete compliance checks.
(An enhanced DBS is required — guidance provided.)
