Contract: Fixed term for 6 months from 1st October 2026 to 31st March 2027, working 35 hours per week (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)

Salary: £50.468 per annum Grade B plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working. 

Location: Cambridge or Brighton (The role will be based in Cambridge or Brighton; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week) 

We are looking for a highly organised and strategic individual to take up a temporary position as Senior Relationship Manager based in either the Brighton or Cambridge Office as part of the South East Area Team. The role supports the South East area team to manage relationships, working in partnership with stakeholders and monitoring organisations and projects. Core to the role will be supporting the NPO 28-33 process.

The responsibilities this job will include:

  • Membership of South East Area Management Team
  • Support NPO 28-33 process.
  • National Lottery Project Grant Overs decision making
  • Other lead responsibilities, including place work and line management, to be confirmed taking in to account the successful applicants’ skills and experience.
