Investment Officer, Music Hubs (COO16)
Contract: Fixed term until 05 June 2026, working 35 hours per week (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)
Salary: £32,163 per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
Location: Manchester (The role will be based in Manchester; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week)
Arts Council England is the national development agency for creativity and culture. The Music Hub team is seeking an Investment Officer to manage its Music Hubs programme. This is a prime opportunity to contribute to the arts sector, supporting the development of end-to-end grant management processes for both the revenue and capital grants, working with our Business Systems and other team as needed.
Working closely with the wider Music Hubs team, you will support the smooth and effective operation of grant management for the Music Hub programme. You will also maintain and develop our programme management tools and processes.
We are looking for a collaborative team player with a highly organised approach and the ability to juggle multiple demands and priorities. You will be a critical thinker with a high level of attention to detail. You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload which will comprise a number of complex tasks.
This role requires someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is a keen team player and open to new ideas and ways of working.
