Power Platform Engineer (FCSF133)
Power Platform Engineer (FCSF133)
Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2028, working 35 hours per week (Arts Council also recognises the benefit of flexible working as a valued part of the way we work, and welcome applications from individuals who require flexibility)
Salary: £38,689 (competitive) per annum plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working.
Location: Manchester (The role will be based in Manchester; however, we are operating a hybrid way of working and support our staff to make use of remote working options when combined with regular on-site contact days with other members of the team, normally 1-2 days a week)
As a Power Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering digital solutions that support Arts Council England’s transformation programmes. This role will focus on the Museums Accreditation Redesign and the Government Indemnity Scheme (GIS), helping to improve processes, accommodate user-led design, reduce reliance on legacy systems, and strengthen business continuity.
You will design, build and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, developing front-end forms and technical components that integrate with our wider digital ecosystem. You will work closely with colleagues across IT and business teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable and aligned to organisational priorities.
You will contribute to reducing manual processes and associated risks, while supporting the transition away from current Grants System dependencies and enabling future reuse of digital components across ACE. You will also play a key role in ensuring solutions are sustainable, well-documented and supported in-house.
This role will work alongside ongoing priorities within the two year transformation programme, including the Apollo CRM decommissioning and development of the Relationship Hub, ensuring that delivery across key programmes is not constrained by limited engineering capacity.
