Join Ashtons Legal as a Residential Conveyancing Client Support Co-Ordinator

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service? ​ Do you thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment? Ashtons Legal LLP, a growing and innovative law firm in the East of England, is looking for a friendly, organised and proactive individual to join our Residential Conveyancing team.

What You’ll Do:

Whilst not an exhaustive list, you can expect to:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, handling enquiries via phone and web. ​
  • Manage client onboarding, including ID verification, Anti-Money Laundering checks, and Source of Funds reviews. ​
  • Coordinate new referrals, open client files, and ensure compliance with legal obligations. ​
  • Provide administrative support, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate client records. ​
  • Collaborate with fee earners to plan workloads and ensure smooth matter progression. ​
  • Support the team with file closing, document requests, and holiday/sickness cover. ​

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ​
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. ​
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Case Management Systems (e.g., Peppermint). ​
  • A positive, professional attitude with the ability to adapt to client needs. ​
  • Ideally, three years’ experience in a similar role or environment. ​

Working Hours:
