We're looking for a Sales Advisor who loves meeting people, building relationships and helping customers find their perfect holiday home. Someone who thrives on creating memorable experiences, enjoys working towards targets, and takes pride in delivering an ownership journey that people genuinely talk about.
You'll be the face of Appletree for many of our prospective owners, guiding them through every step of the sales journey with honesty, enthusiasm and professionalism.

What you’ll be doing
This isn't a role where you'll sit back and wait for enquiries to land in your inbox. You'll be at the heart of building awareness of Appletree, creating opportunities, generating leads and helping people discover why holiday home ownership here is so special.
Here's what that looks like day to day:
• Becoming a champion for Appletree across social media, creating engaging content, building your profile and understanding what captures attention and drives enquiries
• Making the most of every lead and opportunity through calls, emails, videos, social media messages and follow-ups. This is a role where activity matters and you'll get out exactly what you put in
• Using modern technology and sales tools to build relationships, nurture prospects and create memorable customer experiences
• Booking and hosting appointments, giving park tours and helping customers picture the lifestyle and opportunities that come with holiday home ownership
• Developing expert knowledge of our holiday homes, pitches and ownership products so you can confidently match customers with the right holiday home for their needs
• Mastering the art of listening, asking great questions and understanding what matters most to each customer before recommending the right solution
• Building partnerships with local businesses, attractions, community groups and organisations to help introduce new people to Appletree
• Building strong relationships with existing owners, attending owner events and helping create advocates who are proud to recommend Appletree to friends and family
• Delivering an ownership journey that is open, honest and focused on helping customers make the right decision for them
Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need
First and foremost, you’re a natural people person who builds genuine, long-term relationships. You know how to make customers feel valued, whether that’s on the phone or face-to-face, and it’s as much about how you listen as how you speak.
But more than that, you’re someone who makes things happen. You’ve got a proven track record of delivering results, creating momentum, and not waiting for opportunities, you go out and make them. You bring energy, hunger and a drive to succeed, and you know how to keep both yourself and those around you motivated, even when things get tough.
You’re comfortable spinning multiple plates and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, staying calm, focused and approachable no matter what the day throws at you. You take pride in bringing ideas to life and turning potential into reality.
