About the role

We’re looking for a kitchen assistant who can deliver delight to our holiday resort guests. You will be helping the kitchen team to run a safe, efficient and profitable food and beverage operation. Experience is not necessary as full training will be provided. A can-do attitude and attention to detail are essential. Being available to work evenings and weekends including bank holidays are also essential.

The Spitfire Bar and Restaurant is the buzzing heart of the action—our largest and liveliest venue, serving up to 1,500 guests a day during peak times! With a fresh, made-in-house menu full of hearty pub classics, we keep the energy high from morning breakfast to late-night bites. Tattershall Park Pub is a vibrant, welcoming venue open to guests, holiday homeowners, and the public alike. With a fresh, in-house-made gastro pub menu served for both lunch and dinner, it’s the perfect blend of classic charm and modern flair. The beautifully designed interior and stunning garden area create a warm, lively atmosphere—and as a full-service restaurant, it’s an exciting place to work for anyone who loves great food, great people, and a buzzing pub vibe.

The Propeller Bar and Restaurant is a stylish, full-service à la carte dining experience that brings a vibrant Mediterranean flair to the heart of the resort. From hand-stretched pizzas and fresh pastas to succulent steaks, every dish is crafted with passion and flair—perfect for guests craving something a little more special. Open for lunch and dinner with bookings recommended, Propeller offers an elevated and relaxed atmosphere, complete with stunning lakeside views that make every shift feel like a getaway. Outdoor Catering is the flavour and fun behind unforgettable holidays—fast-paced, ever-changing, and full of energy. From ice cream kiosks and Dirty Fries to mobile bars and seasonal shows, we add the sparkle to every guest experience. And in 2025, we’re launching a bold new concept: a 60ft shipping container hub bringing together our top outlets in one epic destination!.

Catch 22, launched in 2022 as our first-ever fish and chip shop, is a standout venue delivering fresh, sustainable, and absolutely delicious takeaway meals to our owners and guests. As part of our dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in serving up one of the UK's favourite dishes in an energetic, fast-paced environment. We’re looking for enthusiastic team members with a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent people skills. A passion for great food and customer service is essential, and you must be available to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. What you will be doing

You will be working in the engine room of the kitchen ensuring guests receive a memorable experience through excellent service and food quality.

  • Prepping and cooking in all areas of the kitchen.
  • Ensuring presentation of menu items to a high standard.
  • Ensuring the food preparation areas, equipment and floors are clean and hygienic.
  • Accepting deliveries, ensuring ingredients are stored correctly and date rotated.
  • Washing, peeling, chopping, cutting and cooking foodstuffs and helping to prepare other items on the menu.
  • Work alongside front of house and kitchen team to maximise food margins and minimise wastage.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations

Skills, experience, and qualities you will need. Nice to have but not essential.

  • Previous experience in any area of food and beverage
