Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm

Are you passionate about supporting student welfare and making a real difference in young people’s lives? We are looking for a dedicated Wellbeing Assistant to join our Student Services team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students seeking support, providing guidance on pastoral care and signposting them to the right resources. Whether offering advice, conducting welfare checks, or assisting students with medical appointments, you will play a key part in ensuring their well-being.

You will work closely with Wellbeing Officers and other college departments to maintain student records, help resolve queries, and contribute to a nurturing and supportive environment. Your role will also include assisting with student transport needs, including hospital visits, where necessary.

As a Wellbeing Assistant, you will also have the opportunity to participate in key college events, such as Open Days, and contribute to the college’s inclusive and student-focused ethos. We value teamwork, professionalism, and a compassionate approach to student support.

If you are proactive, empathetic, and have experience working in a customer service or student support role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. A UK driving license and access to a vehicle is required for this role, as is a willingness to obtain relevant qualifications such as First Aid at Work.
