As a Residential Warden at Riseholme College, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive and welcoming environment for students living on campus. You'll provide guidance and pastoral support outside of teaching hours, respond confidently to a range of situations, and help students develop independence while ensuring their wellbeing remains at the heart of everything you do. No two days are the same, making this an incredibly rewarding role for someone who enjoys building positive relationships and supporting young people to succeed.
