You may currently be working as a Compliance Officer, Facilities Coordinator, Estates Officer, Building Services Coordinator, Property Compliance Officer or in a similar role where you're responsible for maintaining safe, compliant buildings and supporting operational excellence. At Bishop Burton College, you'll become part of an experienced and supportive Estates team responsible for maintaining our outstanding campuses at Bishop Burton and Riseholme. No two days are the same. You'll work closely with the Estates Manager to coordinate statutory inspections, planned preventative maintenance, contractor activities, compliance documentation and asset management, ensuring our campuses remain safe, efficient and fully compliant with legislation.

This is an opportunity to work across a unique and diverse estate, supporting everything from specialist teaching facilities and workshops to commercial and agricultural environments. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will directly contribute to providing an exceptional learning environment for thousands of students, staff and visitors.
