Bishop Burton College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager (Management Accountant) to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to apply their financial acumen in a supportive and forward-thinking educational setting.

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the college, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions. You will play a key role in preparing financial reports, supporting budget planning, and working closely with senior leadership to drive financial efficiency and sustainability. In addition, you will lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
