Executive Secretary
Annual Salary £32,853 per annum pro rata
Part Time – 28 hours per week
Bishop Burton College is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Secretary to join our Executive Support Team. This vital role provides comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the executive office.
Reporting in to the Executive Assistant to the Principal and Chief Executive, you will assist in managing day-to-day activities, including diary management, communication, meeting coordination, and providing support for key projects. You will play an essential part in enabling the leadership team to focus on their strategic priorities.
With previous experience in an Executive Secretary or similar senior administrative role, you will have exceptional organisational and communication skills. You will also have the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines. A proactive approach and attention to detail is also essential for this post.
