Lecturer in Travel and Tourism
Salary £26,894 - £31,148 Per Annum Depending on Experience
Full time 37 Hours per Week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30 to 4.30pm
We are recruiting a Lecturer in Travel and Tourism who will be involved in the delivery of the NCFE Travel specification to Level 3 students. The curriculum area is well known for its commitment to ensuring all students are successful on their programme of study and boasts positive KPI’s across all areas. The successful applicant will report to and work closely with the Curriculum Lead and Head of Department ensuring that the overarching aims and objectives of the GFE department are realised.
The ideal candidate should have teaching experience married with travel related industry experience. Have broad knowledge and understanding of the travel world in a range of environments. Be really passionate and enthusiastic about the field and be motivated to inspire the generation of Travel and Tourism professionals. We are looking to appoint a lecturer who is well organised, able to work to deadlines. Able to plan and deliver engaging sessions to learners and build key links to engage with employers.
