37 Hours Per Week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (1 hour lunch break)

Are you an experienced lecturer or industry professional ready to take the next step in your career? Bishop Burton College is looking for an ambitious and passionate Curriculum Lead in Land-Based Engineering to help shape the future of technical education.

This role could suit someone currently working as a Lecturer, Course Leader or Trainer within Further Education, apprenticeships or industry training, who is now looking to progress into leadership and curriculum management. You may already be supporting colleagues, leading programmes or driving improvements within your department and are ready for a new challenge where you can make a real impact.

At Bishop Burton College, you will join a forward-thinking Engineering department with access to industry-standard workshops, modern equipment and strong employer links across the land-based sector. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding teaching and learning, supporting students to achieve their ambitions and working alongside the Head of Faculty to develop and enhance the curriculum.

We are looking for someone with strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for developing both students and staff. Ideally, you will hold a Level 5 teaching qualification (or above), however we also welcome applications from candidates who are willing to work towards this qualification with the full support of the College within a reasonable timeframe.
