37 Hours Per Week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (1 hour lunch break)

You will deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant teaching to students preparing for careers in agriculture, horticulture, construction and land-based engineering. The role involves planning and delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, providing hands-on training using specialist engineering machinery and equipment, and supporting student progress, behaviour and wellbeing. You will also monitor and track student achievement while working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure an excellent learning experience for all learners.

We welcome applications from both experienced lecturers and industry professionals looking to move into teaching. You should hold a relevant degree or industry qualification and have experience within a land-based engineering or related industry. Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience would be beneficial, although it is not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important, alongside a genuine passion for developing and supporting young people.
