We’re a thriving team passionate about working together to deliver excellence, all in a natural forest environment.

Welcome to Center Parcs – the number one choice for short break holidays, employing a team of over 10,000 across Head Office and six separate villages located in the UK and Ireland.

Do you love using data to tell stories, inspire change and deliver commercial impact?

If you're confident using insight to influence decision-making and enjoy working closely with stakeholders, this could be your next step.

BI INSIGHT PARTNER – FOOD, BEVERAGE & RETAIL

Up to £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Hybrid role with both office and home-working. Occasional travel to our villages based in the UK and Ireland will be required, along with some overnight stays.

We’re looking for a BI Insight Partner to join our Business Intelligence team and lead the delivery of high-impact insight for our Commercial and Operational teams across our Food, Beverage and Retail (FBR) division.

This is a hands-on, visible role that’s all about using data to support smarter decision making. You’ll work closely with divisional directors, finance teams and operational leads to understand business needs and deliver dashboards, reports and strategic insight that help us support revenue growth, improve guest experience, and innovate with confidence.

From understanding guest purchasing patterns to analysing promotional performance and forecasting future trends, your work will shape our FBR strategy across the villages.

As our BI & Insight Partner, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining cross-functional dashboards in Qlik to support divisional KPIs and performance tracking
  • Analysing data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel) to uncover trends in sales, spend and guest behaviour
  • Acting as a trusted insight partner for the FBR division, supporting both commercial and operational teams
  • Producing regular insight packs and attending senior meetings to present key findings
  • Identifying growth opportunities and supporting product innovation through guest profiling and feedback
  • Translating complex data into meaningful stories that drive business action

You’ll play a central role in turning data into meaningful insight – helping to shape strategy and enhance guest experience. From exploring raw data to presenting clear recommendations, you’ll be involved at every stage of the process.

ABOUT YOU

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Mathematics, Statistics or another analytical subject
  • Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills
  • A solid understanding of data modelling, with familiarity in data science techniques such as regression and classification
  • Experience in creating data visualisations using Qlik (or similar tools)
  • A track record of delivering commercial insights and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A natural storyteller who can turn data into compelling business narratives
  • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working at pace
  • Full UK Driving License

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.

Please note, this role will be hybrid with a mixture of office-based and home-working.
