About the role

Are you an experienced and passionate Jewellery Tutor? Then join our Visual Arts Department, helping to bring together people across the capital and beyond to enrich lives through learning.

We are looking for a number of highly creative and passionate Jewellery Tutors, with experience in one or more of the following:  enamelling, colouring techniques/anodization or patination, wirework, Mukame Gane, felt jewellery, resin jewellery, Kumihimo braiding, polymer clay jewellery, jewellery techniques in wood, Origami jewellery and other techniques / working with alternative materials to metal.

  • A degree or other relevant qualification or experience in jewellery making and metalwork.
  • A thorough and demonstrable knowledge of specialisms and their application.
  • Have an up-to-date knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject to inspire students.
  • Have experience of teaching adults in an area relevant to the programme area.
