About the role

Are you a dynamic and innovative Swedish Tutor with a passion for teaching adult learners? Then why not join the thriving Languages department at our ‘outstanding’ Ofsted rated College, enabling learners to develop their Swedish language skills and communicate effectively in real life situations.

The department offers courses in over 30 modern and ancient world languages, including Swedish, catering to all levels, from beginners to advanced, with both online and classroom formats, ranging from daytime, evening and weekend. Standard courses are usually for 1.5 hours over 10 – 11 weeks.

We are looking for Swedish Tutors to join our Talent Bank for teaching opportunities that may arise from September 2024, including substitution.

Advanced level of verbal and written Swedish, with the ability to converse at native speaker level.

Experience of teaching Swedish, ideally to groups of adults.

Up to date knowledge, enthusiasm and interest for the subject.
