Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Project Manager. The overall purpose of the role is to support the project manager and Sparks team with administration and completion of a variety of projects across the firm. A main project a high percentage of involvement will be around is the Innovation Programme.
- Supporting the Sparks team in administration of the Sparks project.
- Supporting the firm with the adoption of the Innovation Platform.
- Ability to focus on more than one project at once – the role will involve being involved in several ongoing projects at once
- Gain an understanding of the different departments and how they function to aid project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Maintain project documentation and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Creation of meetings ensuring the correct people are involved
- Note taking and action points recorded to ensure everyone is clear on next steps
- Good communication verbal and written is essential
- Assisting in writing training content for the product and supporting the Enablement team in delivery as needed.

Technical Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
- Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies is desirable but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software/tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting is desirable but not essential
- Basic IT Skills: Understanding of basic IT concepts and troubleshooting
- Experience in roles that required interaction with customers or clients, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
