Purpose of the role

Our internal Early Careers Recruitment team are recruiting for a passionate administrator to join their well-established team.

We are looking for a proactive and organised professional who is not fazed by high volume, fast paced work - translating the possible into tangible results.

This is a hugely exciting time to join Crowe and the team.  We are evolving radically as a business, placing Early Careers Recruitment at the centre of what we do, constantly evolving our strategies to drive attraction and ensure an effective, efficient and enjoyable experience of our recruitment process for all. 

Responsibilities

  • Writing and placing of job adverts.
  • Reviewing and updating existing recruitment literature when necessary.
  • Application and CV sifting
  • Processing of candidates on recruitment system including video interview screening and online behavioural testing stages.
  • Providing administrative support to the Early Careers Recruitment team in coordinating assessment centres and interview days including booking rooms, ordering catering, arranging stationery/assessment paperwork and processing expenses.
  • Liaising with HR team on offers to initiate the starter process.
  • Providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Attending recruitment events including at schools and universities to promote the firm.
  • Liaising with third party advertisers on recruitment campaigns – ensuring content is updated.
  • Assisting with event management across the regional offices.
  • Managing all administration associated with our work experience programme.
  • Involvement in adhoc projects where required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in graduate/school leaver recruitment preferred.
  • Highly organised.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Robust and confident personality.
  • IT literate.
  • Willing to travel between the regional offices

Desirable

  • Experience in a Professional Services environment.
  • Experience of conducting interviews.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn recruitment tools.
