  • Lead, support and develop junior team members through effective delegation, coaching, technical guidance and performance feedback, helping to build capability across the department.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to improve finance processes, strengthen controls, implement best practice and provide value-added insights that support better decision making and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the outsourcing offering, including the adoption of cloud-based solutions, digital transformation initiatives, and the use of technology, automation and emerging AI tools to enhance client service and team efficiency.
  • Monitor WIP, billing, recoverability and workflow to support profitable delivery, and contribute to the wider leadership and development of the outsourcing department as part of the management group.
