Derby College Group (DCG) is seeking a passionate and experienced professional to support the strategic leadership of our Animal Science provision as Team Manager, working closely with the Head of Animal Science. Based at our stunning Broomfield Hall campus, this is a unique opportunity to shape the future of animal science education and make a meaningful impact on students’ lives.
The Opportunity
In this key leadership role, you will oversee the strategic and operational delivery of our Animal Science curriculum, ensuring it remains innovative, high-quality, and aligned with industry needs. You’ll manage a dedicated team of curriculum and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will ensure that students receive an outstanding educational experience, preparing them for successful futures in the animal care and science sectors.
You’ll work closely with employers and stakeholders to ensure our provision is responsive to current and emerging trends, while also supporting staff development and performance. From curriculum planning to student support, your influence will be felt across every aspect of the student journey.
