Derby College Group (DCG) are looking for an Animal Care Study Coach to successfully support students with their Animal Care studies based at our Broomfield Hall campus.

The Opportunity

You’ll provide effective coaching and skill support to help students catch up and make swift progress. You will work with teachers and team managers to plan engaging tasks and activities, measure student progress, and report on their development. Additionally, you’ll keep up to date with curriculum initiatives, contribute to team meetings, and ensure compliance with college policies and procedures. About You

You are an effective communicator who is enthusiastic and possess excellent interpersonal skills, with experience of working with young people in a coaching / mentoring role. Your up-to-date knowledge of the animal care industry and experience working with students who need motivation and support make you an ideal candidate. You have experience with Microsoft systems and a solid understanding of administration procedures. Essential qualifications include Level 2 English and Maths, and a Level 3 qualification or above in Animal Care.
