• 1 x Part-time (18.5 hours per week), fixed-term until July 2027

• 1 x Part-time (29.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per year), permanent

We are seeking an enthusiastic Teacher of Music to join our vibrant team, based at our Joseph Wright Centre campus. You will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire students and support them to achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an inspiring Teacher of Music to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that drive student progress, achievement, and retention. You will create dynamic learning experiences, support diverse students, and use innovative teaching methods, including ILT. The role includes pastoral responsibilities, curriculum development, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment. The successful candidate will motivate students to reach their full potential, promote creativity, and contribute to a collaborative team committed to excellence in teaching and learning.

About You

You are a passionate and qualified Music teacher with a relevant degree (or Level 4 qualification) and a recognised teaching qualification. You have experience delivering engaging lessons across a range of music disciplines and a proven ability to support and inspire diverse students, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds. With strong communication and organisational skills, you bring creativity, high expectations, and a commitment to helping students succeed in Further Education.
