About the Role:
We have a great opportunity for a conscientious individual to work with our Chief Operating Officer (COO) as their Executive Assistant.
- You will work alongside the COO helping them to manage their schedule and workload, assisting in the day-to-day administration as well as project management
- You will need excellent time management skills, the ability to manage a busy diary and inbox, complete tasks to a high standard with good knowledge and understanding of drafting and presenting documents
- In addition, you will work with the COO direct line reports in Finance, Estates, Digital Services/Continuous Improvement and Business Development
- You will be involved in preparing management papers, providing project support, minute taking and facilitating meetings
About You:
- You are an adaptable team player with experience of supporting senior postholders
- Computer literate, organised and able to work methodically and accurately
- Able to work with extreme confidentiality and demonstrate a professional, empathetic and customer focused approach
- A self-starter who is able to work independently using their own initiative undertaking complex administrative work efficiently
- A good communicator able to work with senior management and support staff, developing and maintaining good relationships with the wider staff and external stakeholders
- Qualified to degree level preferably with admin training and qualifications to level 3 (or equivalent qualifications and experience)
