About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing HE Student Records team and to take a career step towards a being a data specialist for a unique University. 
  • Managing student enrolment and assessment data, and playing a key role in the Examination Boards of the University, this is an opportunity to start or continue a career in the highly specialised area of HE Professional Administration.
  • Receiving training and support from a wide range of colleagues, you will experience all aspects of the life cycle of a University student, and become a vital part of the Student Journey.
  • Ideally with experience of working within a data focused role, or within the Higher education sector, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and an enthusiasm to progress within this specialised environment.

About You

  • Experience in an office/customer service environment
  • Experience of entering and maintaining data
  • Prioritise tasks and work efficiently, managing multiple workstreams
  • Develop effective working relationships at all levels
  • Positive customer service attitude and commitment to giving a high quality service to staff and students
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
