Gloucester Hartpury Head of Rugby

Gloucester Hartpury are looking for a Head of Rugby on a fixed term contract who will be accountable for spearheading the growth and development of rugby at Gloucester Hartpury by executing the strategic vision for the programme and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful training for the performance team. This role encompasses leadership and management of the coaching and performance staff, as well as Head Coach for Gloucester Hartpury fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement to elevate the overall performance and success of the team.
