In this role, you will support the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care in the community, provide supervision and guidance to care staff, and help ensure services are delivered in line with regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Domiciliary Care will be essential
  • Experience with supervising and supporting teams and individuals to bring out the best in them
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable).
  • Good knowledge of CQC standards and compliance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with electronic care planning/rostering systems (desirable).
  • Compassionate, professional, and committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and coordinate care to ensure continuity, quality, and compliance.
  • Support and develop Care Workers through supervision, shadowing, and guidance.
  • Carry out Service User assessments and manage care packages effectively.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including care plans, risk assessments, and reviews.
  • Communicate professionally with families, professionals, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and escalate issues and complaints in line with company procedures.
  • Cover care calls when required and support the overall wellbeing of Service Users.
